…pped/migrated plans Remove 29 stale docs (git history preserves all): - archive/ (superseded 2026-04 set), project/ (Nov-2025 inception planning), presentations/ (Jan-2026 defense, past). - Shipped designs now living in code: plans/MULTI_METHOD_2FA_DESIGN, plans/NFC_PUSH_APPROVAL_PROTOCOL. - Grade-tracking: plans/PATH_TO_20_20. - Future plans MIGRATED to GitHub issues: BYOD (#217), BAAS (#218), VOICE_STT (#219), PRODUCTION_HARDENING (#220), ANALYTICS (#221); SMS_ACTIVATION (shipped — Twilio Verify live). Kept: adr/ (decision records), 01-getting-started/ + 02-architecture/ (durable reference), plans/CLIENT_SIDE_ML_PLAN + AUTH_METHOD_SECURITY_LEVELS, diagrams/, SECURITY/README.

Remove 29 stale docs (git-recoverable): archive/, project/ (Nov-2025), presentations/ (past defense), shipped plan designs (2FA, NFC-approve), grade-tracking, and future-plan docs migrated to issues #217-221 (SMS shipped). Kept ADRs + getting-started + architecture + active plans.
