Feature Compiler
Compiles feature file to includable pascal files with test class interface and register method.
Added DelphiSpec.groupproj with:
FeatureCompile.dproj
DelphiSpecDemo.dproj dependent on FeatureCompile
DelphiSpecDUnitXDemo.dproj dependent on FeatureCompile
When you build demos FeatureCompile is called automatically and generates include files.
It is now possible to compile tests for Android and iOS
(res, rc files removed, language xml converted to binary array)
