This is a first draft, which I wanted to share to get your opinion on the usecase/pattern.
I am preparing this article as the main part, and then 3 subsections to cover: ingestion, extraction-enrichment, and posting.

Hey Pedro(@pirnz-sap),
Im the architect for SAP Document AI and by coincident created a PR for the architecture of our service and come across your PR.
It is very interesting and I have some questions especially with the mix of our OData and REST API, enrichment and Ingestion channels.
This is all on conceptional level, right? Outlook and Sharepoint integration is not there yet. When using the OData endpoints to process a file the enrichment is not possible yet. Only by the way you described it with the outbound channel.
