This commit replaces the default Astro starter README with a comprehensive guide for future developers. The new README includes: - A "Getting Started" section with prerequisites (Node.js, pnpm) and setup instructions. - A "Workflow" section detailing how to add new blog posts and update the "About" page. - Information on running the development server and building the project for production.
