Adds a new search option for finding journals. The data comes from https://github.com/hitfyd/ShowJCR. Its source is the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The database is not an exhaustive list of journals, but it's the only source I could find (actually @Meigane found it) that would allow having journals split in categories.
