Approving this to merge for now, as suggested by Thomas in SeisSol meeting before.
I'll add the necessary Quakeworx files (qwx version of the Jupyter notebook and parameter file) in a new PR.

Having every setup duplicated in quakeworks in not sustainable.
I suggest removing the QuakeWorks folder and having 2 notebooks for each setup.
