I, the undersigned, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all prior wills and codicils previously made by me.
Section 1.1 — Shea
I hereby bequeath to Shea the following:
- My undivided share and interest in the real property constituting my residence;
- Right of first refusal on all technology equipment, devices, and related personal property from my estate;
- All digital assets, including but not limited to online accounts, subscriptions, and associated credentials; and
- Designation as sole primary beneficiary of my 401(k) retirement account.
Section 1.2 — Brigid and Betty
I hereby bequeath my motor vehicle to Betty, absolutely and in fee simple. It is my express wish, however, that said vehicle remain in the care and custody of Brigid for Brigid's use and benefit until such time as Betty attains a lawful driving age, at which point full possession and title shall transfer to Betty without condition.
Section 1.3 — Bryan and Shawn
I hereby bequeath my server equipment and associated hardware to Bryan and Shawn jointly, with the express intent that they negotiate between themselves in good faith to determine whether either party wishes to assume sole ownership, divide the equipment equitably, or otherwise reach a mutually agreeable arrangement.
It is my express wish and direction that upon my death, my body be cremated. I further direct that my cremated remains be interred at the base of, or otherwise placed within, a cherry tree.
I request that the person responsible for carrying out my final arrangements honor this wish to the best of their ability.
Any property not specifically addressed herein shall be distributed in accordance with applicable state law. Should any provision of this Will be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
