Polish mobile responsive layout

Summary

• Improves hero terminal readability on 375px screens by allowing the command text to wrap on mobile.
• Prevents the live stats strip from causing horizontal overflow by wrapping stats and hiding dot separators on small screens.
• Makes bounty cards more mobile-safe by wrapping skills/meta rows and moving the status badge into normal layout flow instead of absolute positioning.

Notes

• I could not run the full frontend build locally because the machine currently has less than 1 GB free disk space.
• Changes are scoped to responsive Tailwind classes in two frontend components.
