Resolves SolFoundry#859. - Created `/analytics` page displaying core platform metrics (Volume, Bounties, Contributors, Completion Rate). - Integrated `recharts` for time-series area, bar, and composed charts reflecting growth trends. - Implemented mock export handlers for CSV and PDF. - Exposed a time range filter toggle.
