Running below the recommended version shows a warning at startup but does not block the application. Running below the hard minimum exits immediately.

If you discover a security vulnerability in any part of this project (scripts, documentation, or CI):
- Do not open a public issue.
- Report it privately via the GitHub Security Advisory feature.
- Include a clear description of the vulnerability, the affected file(s), and steps to reproduce.
We aim to respond within 7 days and will coordinate a fix and disclosure timeline with the reporter.
These scripts run with administrator privileges and interact with the OS directly (SFC, DISM, network stack, boot record). Please treat any issues that could lead to privilege escalation, data loss, or unintended system modification as security-relevant.
