Part of org-wide trunk-based migration. - format.yml, run_tests.yml, create_test_report.yml: drop develop from triggers - issue-branch.yml: route all new issue branches to main - create_release.yml: update auto-mode policy description - run_tests.yml: use pull_request.head.sha (not base.ref) so PR tests run against the incoming changes, not the target branch
