Implemented customer-facing delivery creation for the dashboard using a strict Component → Hook → Service pattern.
component with required fields: Pickup Address, Destination, Package Size, Description, and recipient contact details.
Hook with React Hook Form + Zod validation and submit state handling.
Updated and render the new form alongside the existing currency converter.
Submit is disabled until all required fields pass validation and the request uses real backend API integration.
