bb and nargo versions need to be bumped; this will be done in a separate rework.

Simplify the bb installation instructions and update noir & bb versions.
As a followup, I would advise to simplify the getting started guide with a simple example like this and advise to install
co-noirusing this command, so devs don't have to clone your monorepo.
