Restructure part1 (focusing on the quickstart menu)

This is the first part of the restructure work that has been done in #312.

Specific changes are:

• Created new "resource hub" and "help" top level menus
• Removed the "quickstart" menu and directory, moving existing pages to either the existing "integrations" menu or the new resource hub and help menus
• For example, the main quick start page was the installation instructions, and this has moved to under the resource hub talon installation menu. Note that the new page has revised wording compared with the quick start page.
• Extracted the details of the various talon slack channels in the landing page to a new page "talon slack" under the help menu
• Added a new operating system page, with details lifted from https://talonvoice.com/docs/ - as part of the aim of making the talon wiki stand alone (where practicalr( without needing to reference https://talonvoice.com/docs/ or https://github.com/talonhub/community
• Added a new page called "Downloading the Talon Community User File Set" which includes a compilation of the advantages and disadvantages of git versus zip
• Moved the relevant image files from under the img directory to a new subdirectory "img/logos"
• Installed mermaid (Used to generate the new mind map on the landing page)
• Added new "TALON COMMUNITY USER FILE SET" And "TALON PLATFORM" admonitions (implemented by overriding the default info admonition), and is described on the landing page. Only a few pages have made use of this (eg the page on speech engines), the remaining pages will be updated in future restructure phases
• At add new text "home" next to the existing talon icon on the main menu (currently some readers may not realize that the talon icon goes to the landing page)
