test: SQLite end-to-end smoke tests

Smoke tests exercising the Phase 3 DDL path and SQLite-flavoured round-trip:

• DDL emit through kura_migrator:compile_operation/1 produces SQLite types
• INSERT ... ON CONFLICT (col) DO UPDATE works against in-memory SQLite
• Boolean defaults round-trip as 1/0 with kura_types:cast
• JSONB defaults stored as TEXT, decoded back via kura_types:cast
