feat: support repo config as alternative to pool

Summary

• Allow configuring {repo, MyRepo} instead of {pool, my_pool} in shigoto app env
• Kura repos create pgo pools named after the repo module, so {repo, asobi_repo} uses asobi_repo as the pool name
• Falls back to {pool, ...} if repo isn't set — fully backwards compatible

Usage

%% Kura-based apps (no separate pgo config needed):
{shigoto, [{repo, asobi_repo}]}

%% Raw pgo apps (unchanged):
{shigoto, [{pool, default_pool}]}

Test plan

• Existing CT suites pass (pool config unchanged)
• Test with Kura repo in asobi-arena via _checkouts
