Our Pledge

We, as contributors and maintainers of ip-kit, pledge to make participation in this project a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone.

Our Standards

  • Any conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Responsibilities of Maintainers

Project maintainers are responsible for:

  • Clarifying and enforcing standards of acceptable behavior
  • Taking appropriate and fair corrective action in response to violations
  • Acting in the best interest of the community and the project

Maintainers have the right and responsibility to remove, edit, or reject contributions, comments, commits, code, issues, or pull requests that are not aligned with this Code of Conduct.


Enforcement

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it responsibly.

Reports should be submitted via GitHub Security Advisories or by contacting the project maintainer. All reports will be reviewed handled with discretion.

The maintainers are committed to respecting the privacy and security of the reporter.


Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all project spaces, including but not limited to:

  • GitHub repositories (issues, pull requests, discussions)
  • Documentation and comments
  • Community interactions related to ip-kit
  • Any public or private communication conducted on behalf of the project

Enforcement Guidelines

Maintainers may take actions including, but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Temporarily restricting participation
  • Permanently banning individuals from the project

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and impact of the violation.


Attribution

This Code of Conduct is inspired by common open-source community standards and adapted specifically for the ip-kit project.
