This software is an XRF analysis tool, able to:

1. XRF Analysis
2. Semi-Quantitative Analysis with FPM algorithm
3. 2D and 3D XRF Mapping

The code is written for Labview 23 (contact me for older version).

Pre-requisite

1. xraylib
2. python (fill the "global python version.vi" with the used python version)
3. i3Json by VIPM
