DRAFT: feat: first shot levelmeter

First approach to establish a vu meter.

• first drawback: it uses 1024 fft, which seems to be an overkill to show a levelmeter, however it works
• unsure if the right value is shown or only a partial frequency band
• requestAnimationFrame should be used via custom hook same way as for the time label
