The OSM Apps Catalog shows applications and services that use OpenStreetMap data. The main goal is to show users who want to switch to OpenStreetMap a nice overview and ways to participate.
The metadata for the apps is collected from OpenStreetMap Wiki, Wikidata, GitHub and Taginfo project list.

This catalog is for you—a tribute to your work and your efforts. I am a software developer myself and work in the open-source community. It is important to me to make you and your work more visible and accessible to a wider audience, thereby helping you gain more support.
Take a look at the usage statistics of the OSM Apps Catalog
- Dmytro Ovdiienko for his Osm Software Catalog. This was the inspiration for this OSM Apps Catalog, and I learned from it how to request pages from the Wiki that use a specific template.
- Tobias Knerr for his TTTBot. This catalog is based on many of his works.
- weblate and all translators of this catalog for supporting open source projects for free.
- all who made this catalog possible.
In December 2025, the OpenStreetMap foundation funded the development of Redesign of the OSM Apps Catalog to reach a wider audience within the frame of the microgrants program.

This website is created and maintained by Markus Peloso. It is a hobby project. If you have questions about OSM Apps Catalog or would like to request a feature, feel free to ask. I'm interested in hearing from users about how they use this catalog, so please get in touch!
