TypeScript 5.9 から
tsc --initした際の設定値が変更されます。この設定を見たところ、エコシステムの問題で有効化を見送っていた compilerOptions がいくつかデフォルトで有効になっていました。
今後有効化していて当たり前のオプションとなることが予想されるため、preset にも適用します。
