💡 What: Replaced the native title attribute on the icon-only "Keyboard Shortcuts" button with a custom Tooltip component from the design system.
🎯 Why: Native title attributes have inconsistent styling across browsers, delayed appearance times, and poorer accessibility support for keyboard users.
📸 Before/After: Visuals replaced with consistent Shadcn UI tooltip.
♿ Accessibility: The button maintains its aria-label, but now uses a custom, accessible tooltip that appears consistently for both mouse hover and keyboard focus.
