• Update @ably/chat from ~1.1.0 to ~1.3.1 in examples and ExamplesRenderer
• v1.3.1 fixes a bug where message update failed when using MsgPack encoding

Changes

• examples/package.json — bumped @ably/chat to ~1.3.1
• examples/yarn.lock — updated lockfile
• src/components/Examples/ExamplesRenderer.tsx — bumped Sandpack @ably/chat dependency to ~1.3.1
