This PR updates Bevy to 0.17.2 which is the latest stable release as of Oct 13.

Here's a quick breakdown of the changes:

• 672feab - Bump to Bevy 0.17.2 in Cargo.toml
• 17b0af7 - Removing unnecessary type registration, see the 0.16 to 0.17 migration guide
• 0f36f72 - Bump bevy_framepace version to 0.20.1 (this is only a suggestion)
• f480de7 - Add the corresponding entry in the Bevy Version Support table
