PR #28 added a new "Platforms" page. (Thanks, @rhyannonjoy !)
I've made some minor tweaks based on how this Hugo theme works, added some more cross-linking between the spec and the platforms page, fixed some duplicate H1s across pages, and added a byline for Rhyannon to the platforms page.
If we're happy with this, I'll merge and deploy.
