Added Notes feature in Tasks section and enhanced some UI in Tasks

📌 Description

In Tasks section added Notes feature where the user can type his/her notes and check off after completion and also enhanced clumsy UI part on right side of Tasks page.

🛠 Changes Made

1. Added Quick Notes feature on the top of the page as a toggle, when we click on quick notes button then quick notes part will toggle down.
2. Kept the font similar to the website font.
3. Quick notes changes based on theme.
4. did linting and error checking in files and enhanced the UI of the page.
