Description
This PR adds a pre-provisioned Grafana dashboard for the Prometheus/Grafana example. It includes the SpiceDB dashboard JSON and wiring so Grafana auto-loads it.
Testing
Reviewers can run
docker composeup in authzed-dedicated-metrics/prometheus-grafana and confirm the “SpiceDB” dashboard appears in Grafana.References
