Hosted zones for ALBs can apparently be 13 characters. This fix accommodates that. ``` ➜ ~ aws elbv2 describe-load-balancers | jq '.LoadBalancers[0].CanonicalHostedZoneId' -r Z1H1FL5HABSF5 ```
