Utilizei para fazer o desafio as tecnologias:
Node + Typescript + Docker
No README.md você irá encontrar as instruções do que você precisa e como irá executar a aplicação.
Na parte dos testes, fiz alguns testes para demonstrar meu conhecimento ( não cobrindo a aplicação 90%+).
Adicionei algumas coisinhas a mais como, validador de schemas, exceptions, postgres utilizando prisma, docker e docker-compose.
