This PR standardizes the terminology for GitOps across README2.md by replacing all variants of "Git-Ops", "git-ops", and "Git--Ops" with the industry-standard "GitOps" (one word, camel case capitalization).
- Corrected spelling/terminology inconsistencies from hyphenated variants to standardized "GitOps"
- Updated all 6 occurrences throughout the file for consistency
