Added support for ReactiveSwift 2.0 and update pods.
Please, note that the ReactiveSwift extension has an alpha release dependency for "Moya/ReactiveSwift" because it uses ReactiveSwift 2.0.
Also note that I've removed the Moya dependency version from the podspec in order to make things work.
