Transitioning into Information Technology with a foundation that most entry-level candidates simply don't have: over 14 years of hands-on experience working at the intersection of software, engineering, and process automation in one of the most technically demanding niches in the industry — game and software localization.

Throughout my career, I've consistently gravitated toward the technical side of every role I've held. I've built automation routines from scratch, integrated AI tools into production workflows, worked directly with engineering and cross-functional technical teams, and managed end-to-end pipelines across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I didn't just manage projects — I actively engineered better ways to run them.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, I bring to IT what most junior candidates don't: proven professional maturity, a systems-thinking mindset, and a track record of delivering under pressure in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.

What I offer:

  • Workflow automation & process optimization — designed and implemented automation routines that reduced manual effort and improved throughput in live production environments
  • Technical tooling & integrations — experienced with APIs, CMS platforms, TMS systems, and cross-platform software ecosystems
  • Cross-functional collaboration — consistent track record of partnering with developers, engineers, and product teams
  • Fast, self-directed learner — repeatedly brought new technologies into workflows before they became standard practice

I'm actively looking for opportunities in IT where I can contribute immediately while continuing to grow — particularly in areas like back-end development and cybersecurity.
