created the turkish translation file and translated the blocks and subtitles
finished the rest of the translations and fixed a few things
updated to be consistent with my fd translation and to be somewhat inconsistent with vanilla translation cuz for some reason the vanilla one isn't even consistent with itself and just convoluted af in general
