Implements functions to extract and serialize citation metadata from benchmark
modules, including BibTeX conversion and summary statistics. Adds CLI command
`info cite` to extract citation metadata from CITATION.cff files.
Adds a YAML benchmark definition to test module metadata and citation
extraction functionality.
