Display liquidation prices on chart

Summary

• Add a persisted account setting for showing liquidation prices on the chart.
• Add a Settings checkbox to toggle liquidation price chart lines independently from entry position lines.
• Draw dashed liquidation price lines for active positions using the same market liquidation threshold and funding tracker inputs used by the positions UI.
• Refresh position lines when the setting, market info, funding tracker, or active positions change.
