This PR improves the project documentation by adding a Quick Start section and clarifying who Baler is intended for.
What was added
A Quick Start section with basic setup commands (git clone, pip install) to help new users get started quickly
A “Who should use Baler?” section describing the target audience and use cases
Why this change
New users currently need to navigate multiple setup documents before they can begin.
These additions provide an immediate entry point and make the README more informative and welcoming for researchers and developers.
