I don't like that force push, git status shows changes on files that shouldn't have been touched at all. I'd prefer to merge older version of this branch which is inside ZS_snapshot branch and contains everything from here (adding script for creating flattened LS dataset now) except for variable names inside a script that I don;t really think matter |

This PR adds eval_abx.sh script modified to run solely on CPC and several other improvements
