Title. Requested by synthetic senator.

Explain why it's good for the game

For a tool that's nothing more than a combined two-in-one wrench and crowbar that's so large it can't fit in any storage item, it should be available in a limited quantity to engineers instead of being exclusive to Working Joes and the synthetic.

For fun. They're not exactly rare items in the setting, and they don't confer any specific mechanical advantage to non-synthetics that makes them worth restricting.

What Ammoniacres said. Since humans don't have the super strength trait that allows them to open resin doors or powered airlocks that they don't have access to, this tool becomes nothing more than a QoL tool for FOB engineers to switch between crowbars and wrenches at the press of a button. Maintenance jacks are not something so overpowered to be locked behind the synth bay in the AI core.
