Adds Tiny Aya documentation, including a new
docs/tiny-ayapage with model variants, access instructions (API + Hugging Face), and supporting links, and exposes it in bothv1.ymlandv2.ymlnavigation.Updates Aya-related docs to reference Tiny Aya and expands the models overview to list Tiny Aya variants in the Aya model table. Removes the WhatsApp integration/FAQ sections from
