This PR syncs the SDK with the latest Commerce Layer API schema (v7.9.15) and updates all project dependencies.
Changes:
Updated generated resources to match schema v7.9.15 (exports.ts, commercelayer.ts, resources.json, openapi.json)
Added new fields/specs for the exports resource
Updated package.json dependencies and refreshed pnpm-lock.yaml
Bumped GitHub Actions workflows to use updated CI configuration (publish.yml, semantic-release.yml, codeql-analysis.yml)
Updated tsconfig targets
