Improve the Ui of recipe dashboard.

This PR improves the visual layout and responsiveness of the recipe dashboard:

• Added a dedicated Random Recipe section with a highlighted card, image scaling, and hover effects.
• Updated Popular Recipes cards for consistent styling with better spacing, shadows, and skeleton loaders.
• Ensured the Random Recipe and cards are fully responsive for mobile and desktop.
• Theme-aware design: supports both light and dark themes using existing CSS variables.
• Minor improvements to search input and clear button styling for better UX.

These enhancements make the dashboard more visually appealing and user-friendly.
