Hey 👋 I'm Constantin

Spec contracts

I build open-source, product-shaped tools for learning, knowledge work, agentic teamwork, and trustworthy automation.

The visible layer is Rumble: products people can use. Underneath, Portal, Bolt, Wrench, and Gear are small sovereign tools — one identity across web and native, deterministic orchestration, inspection with evidence, and memory with provenance. Each does one thing well; together they stack.

Start here

If you want to... Start with Status

Rumble products

The product layer: things people can read, run, touch, or eventually use directly.

Product Purpose Maturity
rumble-cos education blog and public knowledge surface usable
rumble-feed-mind intelligent feed/watch pipeline dojo
rumble-ai-practices professional AI-practice training dojo
rumble-lm grounded learning sessions and facilitation contract-first
rumble-canvas product-conception workspace contract-first
rumble-crew agentic teamwork board contract-first
rumble-note local-first personal knowledge contract-first

maturity is honest, not aspirational: dojo = runs, still being documented; contract-first = designed and specified, not yet built; usable = credible for real use, operational maturity not claimed.

The tools underneath

Small tools that keep Rumble products reliable without turning any product into a monolith.

Tool Role Main repos
Portal one design system, web and native portal-core, portal-forge, portal-apple, portal-android
Bolt safe orchestration: plans, gates, evidence bolt-cos-matic, bolt-harness
Wrench inspection, validation, reports wrench-inspect, wrench-db-inspect, wrench-dioxus-lab
Gear memory, ingestion, artifacts, release, provenance gear-memory, gear-loader, gear-depot, gear-cable

Principles

  • Products first. Rumble is what people touch; the tools underneath exist to make it reliable.
  • Determinism over magic. Reproducible outputs, no silent overwrites, no hidden state.
  • No silent failures. Failure modes should be explicit, inspectable, and testable.
  • Sovereign by default. Self-hostable, permissive OSS, no unnecessary vendor lock-in.
  • Evidence over claims. Maturity, releases, and decisions point to tests, fixtures, CI, ADRs, or demos.

Building in the open. MIT · Rust · ADR-driven · deterministic. The process is the product.
