Description
This PR sets up automated code quality checks for the repository by adding Prettier, Husky, and lint-staged.
Changes included
Prettier for consistent formatting across the codebase
lint-staged + Husky pre-commit hook to format/lint only staged files
pre-push hook to block pushes if checks/build fail
