Adds a static /uses page listing hardware, software, and tools, following the uses.tech convention. Content is stored in content/uses.md so it can be updated without touching JSX. A Uses link is added to the footer's General section. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
