This PR introduces a new feature extractor class — ElfFeatures — integrating the easy_local_features
library into HLoc.
The extractor provides a flexible interface to ELF’s keypoint detectors and descriptors (e.g., XFeat, ALIKED, DISK, etc.), making it easier to experiment with recent local feature backbones under a unified API.
