The audio console was z-20, placing it behind the EntitySearchPanel (z-30) on small screens. Bumping to z-40 restores correct stacking order without conflicting with modals and mobile nav (z-50/z-[60]). https://claude.ai/code/session_01BZPyKmeT1kvGukivjwCMWq
