Add draft-narajala-courtney-ansv2 (Agent Name Service) to the DNS-based I-D section. ANS defines DNS-anchored agent identity, registration lifecycle, and a transparency log. These functions are adjacent to discovery per the list's stated scope. The draft is live on the Datatracker (posted April 2026, five co-authors. Groundmark, already listed, explicitly cites ANS v2 in its own text.
