Installation & Local Setup

# 1) Clone repository
git clone <your-repo-url>
cd team-task-manager

# 2) Install dependencies
npm install

# 3) Create environment file
cp .env.example .env.local

# 4) Start development server
npm run dev

App runs at: http://localhost:3000
