Adds cross-platform browser detection, /web-agent doctor, and the action menu for /web-agent. Also moved to typebox for Pi 0.69 compatibility and updated the docs.\n\nNote: v0.5.0 tag was created first but publish failed on a CI-only test assumption. Fixed that and pushed v0.5.1.
