fix: stay on Profil tab after marking onboarding step complete#151

client_onboarding_step redirected to client_detail with no fragment, landing on the default Überblick tab. Add #ptab-profil so the user stays on the tab where the onboarding checklist lives. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
